  Guided by policy, traditional manufacturing industries are encountering new opportunities for green and low-carbon transformation. Far East Energy Storage (FEES) is actively responding to policy directions and has provided multiple mature energy solutions to the textile industry in Hebei, accumulating rich practical experience. Leveraging this advantage, FEES is leading the expansion of "PV + energy storage + intelligent management" integrated applications, equipping the industry with comprehensive energy storage system equipment and timely, top-tier operation and maintenance services. This creates a clean, efficient, cost-reducing, and efficiency-enhancing path towards green energy usage, aiding traditional industries in accelerating their transition towards low-carbon development.

  

  

  Located in Hengshui, Hebei, this project has a capacity of 5MW/10MWh. The system configuration includes 40 units of FEES's outdoor liquid-cooled 261kWh energy storage cabinets and one station-level intelligent EMS energy management system, connected through 10 grid connection points to the park’s busbar. Paired with FEES's self-developed energy management system, it enables remote management and rapid response to faults, enhancing operational safety and providing long-term stable energy support for enterprises.

  The project employs FEES's PowerPLANT 260 PLUS outdoor liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet, featuring high efficiency, safety, and intelligence. Each unit occupies less than 1.2 square meters, offers over 15% increase in energy density, and achieves system efficiency surpassing 90%, equipped with 314Ah cells that maintain temperature differences within 3°C, enhancing cycle life by 20%. Safety design features include active fire suppression, explosion relief devices, intelligent dehumidification, and AC/DC three-level protection to quickly isolate faults. Intelligent aspects support remote OTA upgrades, cloud-based precise troubleshooting, and an intelligent operation control system. With plug-and-play design, combined with pre-commissioning and EMS strategy generation, it ensures efficient deployment.

  

  

  Upon commissioning, the system will significantly improve the absorption level of photovoltaic power generation within the factory area, achieving efficient matching between clean energy and production energy use. Additionally, by utilizing peak and off-peak electricity pricing mechanisms, it reduces overall corporate electricity costs, optimizes energy structures, enhances economic benefits, and sets a model example for green and low-carbon transformation in the textile industry.

  Far East Battery, with its deep roots in the electric power energy sector for 40 years and in lithium batteries for 16 years, continues to collaborate with industry partners to jointly explore the application of energy storage in diverse scenarios.
